Memory: find the pairs

Memory is about remembering positions and using earlier information. Every symbol appears twice behind the cards. The layout stays fixed during a round, so every revealed card can help later. The challenge grows as you track more positions at once.

Play immediately as a guest. A name is only needed to save scores.

How it works

Turn over two face-down cards. Matching symbols remain visible. Different symbols turn face down again after a short viewing interval. Every two-card attempt counts as one turn. The round ends when all pairs have been found.

Worked example

You see a moon at the top left and later a moon near the bottom centre. Choose those positions together when both are available. Pairing a known card with an unknown one is often more useful than selecting two known cards that you already know are different.

A useful approach

Easy has 6 pairs, medium 10 and hard 16. Explore new positions systematically, for example from left to right. Compare your turn count with your own previous round. Completion points depend on the level, not on a hidden speed score.
