Reporting an issue
For a game report, include the game name, level, language and full question. Add which option you selected and which answer the website marked correct. A screenshot can help, but obscure other people's personal details before sharing it.
Requesting profile deletion
Want your public player name and scores removed? State your player name and that you are requesting deletion. Never publish your recovery code in a screenshot or public message. It gives access to your profile and is not an ordinary customer number.
Contact route
On Pascal's website, choose an available contact route yourself. No response time is promised. A wrong-answer report is most useful when someone else can follow the reasoning using the same information.
